A Short Note

Busy, busy, busy these days. Marketing to the local business around town to convince them they need my writing services. Working on the current clients' requests. Getting ready for not one but TWO Thanksgivings to be held at our house, beginning this Sunday. Big, big Ohio State vs. Michigan tomoroow, so pre-game party is mandatory -- but at least it's not at our house. It's at our in-laws.

I did not walk Wednesday but I walked yesterday and today; I also lifted weights. Weight has not fluctuated down at all, but has remained steady.
